Legal Status and Transparency
Fundación Esperanza Aplicada (Applied HOPE Foundation) is a non-profit foundation formed under Law 5338 of the Republic of Costa Rica.
All of our financial records are fully transparent and available for review. We will be audited annually by Despacho Gómez y Asociados – Certified Public Accountants and Auditors, Tilaran, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Our first audit will be completed after January, 2024 and will be available for review on our website.
The minutes of the meetings of or Board of Directors are available at our offices or on request. Our Board of Directors meetings are open to the public.
